If you've come here to find out why I'm spamming you, from random-looking email addresses such as "iuhgilau@keithtyler.com", the answer is that I'm not. Someone else is faking email with a "from" address that uses this domain name. I have no control over this.

You may be interested in the Sender Verification Extension for the Thunderbird email program. This plugin tries to determine whether or not the domain in the return address of an email accurately reflects the place the email actually came from, and either confirms this or alerts you that it appears to be falsified.
